You are not obliged to commission the implementation with us — but most clients choose to, because no second provider has to first understand your processes again.
An AI readiness assessment typically takes 1 to 2 weeks — including process analysis, data quality review, assessment of technical infrastructure, and a concluding 60-minute strategy workshop. You then receive a clear prioritisation of the most promising use cases with initial ROI estimates.
Our consulting packages are tiered: an AI readiness assessment costs 990 to 1,990 EUR, an AI strategy workshop 1,500 to 2,500 EUR, and a complete AI strategy with use case prioritisation and ROI calculation 2,990 to 4,990 EUR. For ongoing support we offer monthly consulting packages from 299 EUR. All prices are fixed prices, plus VAT.
